These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ji29 ("ji29," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the ji29 online gaming platform accessible at ji29.vip and all associated services, games, features, and content.
By completing the registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, depositing funds, or accessing any game on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered members and unregistered visitors.
To register and maintain an active account on ji29, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
ji29 reserves the right to request documentation verifying eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) ji29 account. The registration of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. ji29 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit balances held in those accounts upon discovery.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. ji29 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, ji29 conducts identity verification for all accounts. KYC documentation — which may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence) and a recent selfie — is required before processing your first withdrawal and may be requested at any subsequent time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification will have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is successfully completed.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ji29 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels listed on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP ₱).
4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. These thresholds may be updated from time to time; current limits are displayed in your account wallet section.
4.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, borrowed funds, or proceeds of illegal activity are strictly prohibited. ji29 will return funds where third-party source is identified and may close the relevant account.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. ji29 does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or regulatory holds.
4.5 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawal of funds will be made to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.
5.1 General. ji29 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. ji29 maintains the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of software errors, collusion, or any attempt to circumvent bonus terms. Accounts engaging in bonus abuse may be suspended or closed.
5.4 Eligibility. Bonuses are available only to players who have completed registration and, where applicable, satisfied any deposit conditions. Only players who are 21 years of age or older are eligible for bonuses.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the ji29 platform is governed by its specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By playing any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accept the applicable game rules.
6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects a game outcome, ji29 reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds and return stakes to players. ji29 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond this remedy.
6.3 RNG Certification. All outcomes in random number generator (RNG) based games are determined by certified random number generation systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical events captured by video stream. ji29 does not manipulate game outcomes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ji29 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
All content on the ji29 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, user interface design, text, software, and data — is the intellectual property of ji29 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. No other licence is granted. 9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ji29's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.2 ji29 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
9.3 ji29 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for periods of downtime, maintenance, or service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact ji29's support team to seek informal resolution of the dispute.
ji29 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
